Booking Deadline and Confirmation
The early bird rate applies if registration is received by Friday 21st December 2019. Members must log in to the IPA Website or contact the SA/NT Division first to receive discount.

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 – 2 business days of the IPA receiving your registration form. Please notify the IPA by phone or email if you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame. Registrations are based on a first-in-first served basis. A wait list will be taken once maximum numbers have been reached.

Payment is required within 14 days of invoicing. Full payment deadline is Friday 21st December 2019. The IPA reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a delegate’s registration should payment not be received by this time. IPA reserves the right to alter a program or specific presenter without notice, however, the program is intended to run as advertised. Delegates are required to attend all events as included in the agenda. Should the delegate be unable to attend due to illness or injury they must notify the IPA group host immediately. The Retreat is subject to minimum numbers and IPA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event should minimum numbers not be met.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified by 21st December 2019 will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees paid. Cancellations received after 21st December 2019 and before 25th January 2019 will be refunded less an AUD$100 administration fee. No refunds will be provided after 25th January 2019 unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation must be advised in writing to jane.soper@publicaccountants.org.au. It is at the IPA’s discretion to accept substitutions.

Privacy Statement
The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) acknowledges the importance of privacy and of safeguarding personal information. Any personal details provided to IPA will be protected in line with Australian Privacy Policy principles and the laws and regulations regarding such matters, as are applicable in Australia.

Conditions of Registration
IPA reserves the right to alter a program or specific presenter without notice, however, the program is intended to run as advertised. The IPA also reserves the right to refuse attendance should payment not be paid in full prior to the event. Furthermore, should Delegate’s behaviour or conduct whilst at the event result in complaints, who in the opinion of IPA interferes with the rights of others, may be prohibited from the event.

Photography and Filming Consent
You consent to filming, sound recording and photography of the event as an attendee and consent to the use by IPA of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional and other purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise IPA staff at the registration desk or by emailing jane.soper@publicaccountants.org.au.
