The Importance of Talking: Improve Your Overall Mental Well-Being and Quality of Life

This session is a talk about talking! As 2020 has dealt us all a very different hand, most of us will enter the New Year with different attitudes.  Some of us will embrace the change of year and leap into 2021 with gusto, others will still be a bit shell shocked about what the past 12 months have delivered and apprehensive about the next 12 months to come.  One thing is for sure is that talking to a mate, family member, colleague, client or a Male Hug Buddy will help you debrief and share your problems and issues with a fresh set of eyes and the hope of a resolution to the dramas of 2020.
