IPA Mental Health Resources

2021 MHM Webheader

October marks the beginning of Mental Health Month. This month the IPA will be bringing awareness to mental health including a range of resources we have to help our members to stay on top of their mental health.

Leading from the front is IPA Group CEO Andrew Conway. Andrew is again taking the Talktober Challenge to help raise awareness of the importance of men having conversations about their mental health. Talktober was established by a dedicated men’s health organisation, The Male Hug, founded by IPA Member, Tony Rabah.
