2021 Women in Practice

WP04 8Dec Webheader (1)

As we make our way out of the depths of the pandemic, through the festive season and into the new year, how do we best manage all the elements of being in a Practice, whether as a sole practitioner or running a larger practice? How do we balance the conflicting priorities between business and other parts of our lives? How do we stay resilient and manage stressful times for ourselves and our colleagues, staff and clients? How can we maximise the opportunities that are presented to us, in this time of transition to what some are calling the “new normal”?

This will be a highly interactive session, facilitated by an expert in Optimising Outcomes, and will enable participants to:

  • Gain exposure to different perspectives on the issues facing women in leadership roles.
  • Learn from the journeys of other successful women - what they did to achieve their goals.
  • Network with other women in Public Practice.
