Our Women in Practice celebrates female leaders in accounting and related industries by bringing together a group of women from all walks of life who are leading the way.


These highly interactive and engaging sessions, are facilitated by Tamsin Simounds an expert Leadership Strategist and Executive Coach, and will enable participants to:

  • Gain exposure to different perspectives on the issues facing women in leadership roles.
  • Learn from the journeys of other successful women - what they did to achieve their goals.
  • Network and create a supportive community with other women in Public Accounting firms.
  • How to implement learnings into everyday tasks in both your personal and professional life.

Tamsin Simounds

Tamsin Simounds
Leadership Strategist and Executive Coach

Tamsin Simounds is a profit for purpose leadership strategist and personal coach. She has consulted for well-known brands like ANZ, ACHA, Flight Centre, and Grant Thornton and is best known for her work helping leaders and organisations understand that the best leadership starts with self-leadership.


She is currently General Manager at Generation Thrive, a Social Enterprise providing world class personal leadership programs designed to unlock confidence and potential, and increase mental well-being in our next gen leaders. Profits in turn provide opportunities for young people experiencing disadvantage or adversity to develop their own personal leadership skills via Youth Opportunities.


She has studied extensively, has written for publications like Thrive Global, Smart Company, Business Chicks and Women’s Agenda and frequently shares her insights via keynote presentations and workshops.
