Canvassing key taxation elements of the May 2018 Federal Budget and its potential impacts for tax practitioners and their clients

Session 2

Tax Update - Constant state of flux

Overview of income tax and CGT developments on the Australian taxation landscape over the last six months, including legislative changes, court judgements and ATO Rulings, and the specific tax implications that these developments hold for taxpayers

Session 3

FBT 2018

FBT audit activity by the ATO is reaching feverish peak within the SME sector and this session canvasses the key ATO focus areas within the FBT compliance regime and some of the tips and traps that practitioners should be cognisant of.
