A non-refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of your booking to secure your place.

**The additional extras have a minimum requirement of 6 guests. The IPA reserve the right to withdraw the activity up to 30 days before the activity date.
Booking deadline and confirmation
All registrations for the event will close April 30, 2020.
Cancellations received in writing prior to 31 March 2020 will be accepted and all fees refunded less AUD$500 deposit fee. No refund will be given after 31 March 2020. Cancellation must be advised in writing to Deja Claydon. It is at the IPA’s discretion to accept substitutions.
Conditions of registration
IPA reserves the right to alter a program or substitute specific site-visits without notice; however, the program is intended to run as advertised. The IPA also reserves the right to refuse attendance should payment not be paid in full by 30 April 2020. Furthermore, should any attendee's behaviour at the event result in complaints, or interferences with the rights of others, they may be directed to leave the event by the IPA CEO's Representative.
Photography and filming consent
You consent to filming, sound recording and photography of the event as an attendee and consent to the use by IPA of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional and other purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise IPA staff before the commencement of the delegation Deja Claydon.
