Booking deadline and confirmation
To qualify for the Early Bird pricing, full fees must be paid no later than Friday 7 February 2020. Thereafter regular rates will apply up until Friday 21 February 2020 when all registrations close.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations notified by Friday 7 February 2020 will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit and registration fees paid. Cancellation requests received after Friday 7 February 2020 will be refunded less an AUD $100 administration fee. No refunds will be provided after Friday 21 February 2020 unless there are exceptional circumstances. Substitutes are permitted without payment of any additional fees.

Conditions of registration
IPA reserves the right to alter a program or substitute specific presenter without notice; however, the program is intended to run as advertised. The IPA also reserves the right to refuse attendance should payment not be paid in full prior to the event. Furthermore, should any attendee's behaviour at the event result in complaints, or interferes with the rights of others, they may be directed to leave the event by the IPA CEO's Representative.

Photography and filming consent
You consent to filming, sound recording and photography of the event as an attendee and consent to the use by IPA of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional and other purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise IPA staff at the registration desk or by emailing vicdivn@publicaccountants.org.au.
