The AI for Accountants digital short course has been created specifically for IPA members to enable you to first learn the basics concepts of Artificial Intelligence and secondly use your knowledge and understanding to apply in your practice or your clients through real-world examples and interactive discussions.
About The Course:
At the completion of this course, you will be able to identify key aspects of artificial intelligence, distinguish these from machine learning, identify the opportunities for AI application in accounting and business, identify key risks associated with AI and develop an implementation plan that could be used with your clients or employer.
This course is designed to build your knowledge base in understanding the emerging field of AI and to consider the broader application of it through our work as professional accountants.
Specific course learning outcomes:
Outcome 1: Identify and evaluate artificial intelligence applications within the context of accounting and finance business functions.
Outcome 2: Assess, identify and accurately recommend ethical frameworks and artificial intelligence solutions in the accounting and finance sectors, taking into account stakeholder needs.
Outcome 3: Effective use of communication skills to develop implementation plans for artificial intelligence solutions relevant to client or business needs.
