Tom is a psychological safety and mental health expert
with 15+ years of experience in the People & Culture Consulting and Training Facilitation space. He also has several years of experience in delivering therapeutic models of care for youth at risk and adults with severe mental health concerns.
Tom holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology from the University Utrecht in the Netherlands and is passionate about empowering organisations and leaders to create psychologically safe and mentally healthy workplaces through the use of practical evidence based strategies, skills & tools.
