She is able to draw on her experiences and share her knowledge with participants so they can build confidence and find value in her training.

Craig is a Professor of Accounting within the College of Business and Economics at the University of Tasmania. His research interests are in the area of social and environmental accountability and accounting, financial accounting, and financial accounting theory, and he is one of the most highly cited accounting researchers internationally. He is also the author of three leading textbooks, namely Financial Accounting (Mc Graw Hill, 9th edition 2020), An Introduction to Accounting: Accountability in Organisations and Society (Cengage, 1st edition, 2019), and Financial Accounting Theory (McGraw Hill, 5th edition to be released late 2020). He has also been the senior supervisor of over 20 PhD completions.

Gary is passionate about helping people to effectively communicate for successful negotiation outcomes. He has developed competency standards for police hostage negotiators and worked on numerous conflict resolution projects for SA Police. As a lecturer, he taught emerging lawyers the skills of negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution and advocacy.

Gary’s training style is collaborative and practical, he provides the tools and strategies that enable participants to apply them immediately back in their workplace. He focuses on building knowledge and capability by providing immersive learning experiences, through ‘learn-by-doing’ practical exercises.

Matthew Burgess co-founded dynamic specialist firm View Legal in 2014, following experience as a lawyer and partner of one of Australia's most formidable independent law firms for over 17 years. In part inspired by working in the SME market space, Matthew has been the catalyst for a number of innovative legal platforms, including establishing what was widely regarded as Australia's first distributed law firm.  The firm has never used timesheets to price its work.

Petris has worked in accounting, law, academia, banking, business and training. She has consulted to government and industry and published several books and hundreds of papers. She has studied commerce, law, coaching, NLP and hypnosis and is passionate about helping professionals thrive and succeed.

Rob is a driver of change who has worked in and with accounting firms for 30 years. Through his experience and professional networks, Rob knows what successful firms do and is well versed in helping accounting firm owners and managers improve their business. His decades of hands on experience includes roles as CEO of two accounting firms, the GM of one, Business Manager for two more and 10 years in client facing roles.

As an accounting firm coach Rob works with firms in many ways including helping them to prepare for succession within the firm. He is across trends in this area and familiar with the various approaches that firms take.

Tamsin Simounds is a certified Modern Psychology Practitioner and Leadership Strategist, helping Australasia’s top leaders achieve transformational change. Tamsin has upended conventional wisdom about what it takes to become an impactful leader, allowing leaders to put away the rule book and lead with an open mind and courageous heart.
