A recent graduate of the University of Sydney, her role with the IPA is Serena's first full-time position. In her spare time, Serena enjoys baking and taking care of her succulent garden. As the Administration Coordinator of the Sydney Office, Serena will be the voice you hear answering calls, and responds to many member emails. Chloe was born and raised in Sydney however recently has come back from a 7 year stint in the the ACT. Working in Higher Education for the past 5+ years has allowed Chloe's passion for stakeholder engagement to flourish and she is looking forward to working with and getting to know the NSW & ACT members, providing the best service possible. Chloe will be your best point of contact for NSW & ACT member queries, whether it's advancing your membership or talking through your membership benefits. |

Nate has a grassroots kind of approach to both his personal and professional life. Raised on a farm in southwest Queensland, Nate has gained experience contributing to small businesses and his local community, laying the foundations for his career. Nate chooses to work for the IPA as he believes in our core values, and fostering a culture in which he can contribute and belong. Nate’s goal is to pursue, secure and support new member growth for QLD by continually growing and on-boarding new members, as well as provide the opportunity for continuous professional growth as the first point of contact for many new members. |

With an eclectic mix of professional experience, Bridget likes to take new challenges head-on with a smile. She enjoys assisting colleagues wherever she can, and loves being part of a strong team. Having lived and worked all over the world, she believes in providing efficient and quality service to all. Bridget aims to ensure the smooth running of the Queensland office from an administrative view. She is your first point of contact in the office and handles queries including member certificates, invoices, CPD registrations, and other general enquiries. If Bridget can't handle your request, she'll point you in the right direction. |

Jack has a passion for leading and engaging with communities. Members are encouraged to contact Jack with any enquiries surrounding their membership including advancement, education, engagement activities, along with other member benefits and resources. Jack is joining the IPA after eight years in the sports governance and participation space, where he led and delivered large-scale recruitment and retention programs at a grassroots level, which was followed by a stint in education. Outside of work, he is a big cricket and rugby union fan, and a strong Port Adelaide supporter. He can often be found spending time near the water, either fishing, surfing, or getting sunburnt. |

Tom's role is to attract and welcome new members to the IPA, to guide them through the application process, and make their entry to the IPA as smooth, friendly, and professional as possible. Current members may also contact Tom with questions about upskilling, or to refer colleagues to the IPA. Outside of work, Tom loves to stay active. He particularly enjoys AFL, and is a current SANFL League Umpire. Living in the Adelaide Hills with his young family, Tom likes to relax by putting on a record or two and enjoying a glass of Adelaide's finest red wine. |

Claudia is the Manager, National Events at the IPA, and is based in the Adelaide Office. Her main focus is on organising the IPA's large-scale events, such as National Congress, State Conferences, and Retreats. Members may contact Claudia if they have a CPD enquiry or would like to register for an event. In her downtime, you can often find Claudia perfecting her pizza making skills and trying out new recipes, or walking her adopted greyhound, Ori, down at the beach. |

Claire comes from a media background, having written and edited for multiple independent arts and literary publications. Claire is the first point of contact for any member enquiries. You may contact her with general questions or concerns, and she will be able to assist, or put you in contact with the appropriate staff member. In her spare time, Claire can generally be found either reading or writing. |

She always strives to deliver a high standard of member service, and is excited to be working with the Victoria team as a Member Engagement Manager. A father of two teenage boys, Nigel enjoys mountain biking with them and riding through unchartered territories as a way to switch off. He also relishes in spending time with his family, and, being a long-term car enthusiast, enjoys getting out in his classic car to catch up with friends. Nigel is responsible for growing the membership base in Victoria. He believes the IPA has a strong story to tell, and works to emphasise our value to all those in public practice or commercial finance. |

As a Manager, Online Professional Development in our Melbourne office, Marissa looks after our Victorian-based events, as well as National CPD Online. Marissa comes from an events and travel background, and is passionate and driven in assisting members. In and out of her professional life, she is always finding herself planning fun and memorable events for the people around her, and loves bringing people together. Outside of work, Marissa is a fun-loving foodie, with a love for travelling. |

Cameron has worked in the Finance and Accounting industry for the last ten years, spending time with CIPFA in the UK, before returning to Australia and working across the National Office and WA Division of CPA Australia. Based locally in Perth, Angie works very closely with the WA team and the national Member Growth team. |
