Executive General Manager, Marketing and Member Services

An experienced senior executive specialising in Marketing & Business Development, Catherine brings over 20 years’ experience in professional services, professional associations, small business and government sectors to her role as Executive General Manager, Marketing & Member Services.

She is responsible globally for the IPA brand and marketing, and leads a team of talented professionals and external agencies.

Her responsibilities also include the securing delivery of a large segment of non-subscription revenue for the IPA both locally and internationally, primarily through partnerships, sponsorships and major events. These key activities and revenue, in turn support the IPA member benefits programs and CPD opportunities for members.

Leading the member services strategy for the IPA domestic and international markets, Catherine also oversees the Divisional offices in Australia and Asia.

In her role at the IPA, Catherine enjoys the opportunity to combine her love of association management and also supporting the small business sector more broadly.

Catherine's educational background covers postgraduate qualifications in Marketing through RMIT, in addition to her Bachelor of Business. (RMIT)
