There are no prior qualifications required to enrol in this course.
This qualification complies with the initial education requirements of Section 47(1)(f) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (National Credit Act), which places responsibility on the licensee to gain and maintain their competence to provide the credit activities authorised by the licence.
This course assists you to:
- Assess client loan applications
- Successfully guide clients through the loan application process
- Provide relevant skills that help with understanding legislation and code of practice obligations.
There are three different assessment stages:
- Multiple choice knowledge test
- Assessment Tasks based on the practical application of concepts learned
- Skills assessment
The Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking course fee is $488. The mode of study is via online education, allowing you to study at your own pace, and in the privacy of your home or office. Full tutor and academic support is provided throughout the course and is available online or over the phone.
